LIQUEUR WITH HERBS, ROOTS AND SPICES. SOFT AND ENVELOPING TASTE.

Traditional Alpine herbal liqueur, still prepared today according to a recipe dating back to the late 19th century.

FORMAT – 70 cl.

ALCOHOL CONTENT – 30% vol.

Visual examination – clear, intense amber colour tending towards brown.
Olfactory examination – complex bouquet with hints of herbs and roots. A sweet note of mandarin peel explodes at the end.
Taste test – velvety, fresh and pleasantly bitter with a hint of rhubarb. Mandarin peel confirmed at the end.

Mixing of ingredients, rest for approx. 24 hours, cooling of the mass to a temperature of approx. 3-5 degrees, 1st cold filtration, 2nd brightening filtration, rest before bottling.
