Yeshua Meditation Online Course: Awareness and Experience of the Divine (Transcendental Hesychasm)

Yeshu'a Meditation is the ancient meditation of the fathers of the eastern desert and is a meditation of healing, of knowledge of oneself and of the Divine. Contemplation is also part of the meditation technique, which is the experience of the divine.

Yesh'a Meditation literally means "Meditation of Jesus", in the Eastern Churches it is also known as Hesychasm.

It is a practical Meditation course that includes 10 online meetings of one hour on Fridays at approximately 6.00 pm each to get your own answers and learn to meditate and contemplate according to the techniques of Hesychasm.

- Introduction Introduction to Yeshu'a Meditation (Theoretical)

- Meditation (practical): from I to III degree

- Hesychastic Contemplation (practical) from the 1st to the 3rd degree

- Position and breathing

- Meditation practice

- The contemplative practice
