In a wonderful and nascent place, on the Sacred Line of Michael the Archangel, you will begin an intensive course in Meditation, Contemplation and Self-Healing, in a few words in Transcendental Hesychasm.

• 8.00-11.45 Training

• 12.00 Noon Prayer

• 12.30pm Lunch

• 3.00-5.00pm Training

• 5.00-7.15 pm Optional individual activity or rest

• 7.30pm Dinner

• 8.30pm Compline and beginning of Great Silence

The experience is free but with a mandatory minimum donation for expenses and as a contribution for the restoration.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON HOSPITALITY:

ATTENTION: There are free dogs and goats. You must love animals. No pets allowed.

Hospitality: Single bed and pillow and vegetarian meals are provided. You must bring your own sheets and towels.

We cannot accept any particular dietary indication: we eat what is there.

Smoking is not permitted inside or outside, but only outside the monastery walls.

Wine is offered on Sundays. If you are not respectful and polite, do not come, you will be immediately removed.

The offering paid does not give the right (as an offering and not a payment) to remain or to have it back in the event of voluntary removal or for transgression of the rules.

If you do not want to stay with us, since the hospitality is very spartan with shared bathrooms, you can stay externally in one of the many facilities near us that you can find on booking.com
