Practical part of Spagyric Medicine

The course is reserved for those who have successfully attended the first two levels.

ATTENTION: you are registering for a selective interview aimed at testing your internal and external preparation.

Once you have passed you will have to make a minimum bid of €250.

Why? Because we host you for free and we provide you with a typical preparation of a spagyrist monk, but it is right to give an adequate offering to our mission.

The interview does not aim to understand your preparation so much as your adequacy because in a monastery we want to have humble people, willing to learn and ready to question themselves.

INDICATIVE TIMES FOR EACH DAY AND PROGRAM

• 08.30 Breakfast

• 9.00am Training

• 12.30pm Lunch

• 3.00pm Training

• 6.00pm Training

• 6.30pm Evening Prayer

• 7.00pm Dinner

• 8.00 pm Great silence

PLAN:

- Collection of plants and roots

- Preparation of essential oils and macerates (possibly quintessences)

- Aromatherapy

IMPORTANT NOTE ON HOSPITALITY:

ATTENTION: There are free dogs and goats. You must love animals. No pets allowed.

Hospitality: Single bed and pillow and vegetarian meals are provided. You must bring your own sheets and towels.

We cannot accept any particular dietary indication: we eat what is there.

Smoking is not permitted inside or outside, but only outside the monastery walls.

Wine is offered on Sundays.

You must be in good health to walk long distances in the woods looking for plants. The offering paid does not give the right (as an offering and not a payment) to stay or to have it back in case of voluntary departure or for transgression of the rules.
