Taste Test – round, soft, floral but at the same time decisive. It spoils the senses that are then awakened by the finish of the aged grappa.Mixing of ingredients, rest for approx. 24 hours, refrigeration to approx. zero degrees, filtration, rest for approx. 10 days before bottling.
